Hello, I am Sherry, born and raised in the upstate of South Carolina. I grew up on a farm where we grew our own food before it was the trendy thing to do. I continue to grow some of our foods in raised beds. I learned cooking and the art of canning from my mom.. preserving foods that don’t have all the additives you find in processed food. I learned hard work ethics from my Dad and received my Christian faith and values from them both. Having always been a gym rat, I enjoy weight training, yoga, hiking and taking the occasional fitness class.
As a wife and mother, I felt one of my responsibilities was to monitor my family’s health. I came to learn that health is more than just taking a drug to "fix" something, but is a lifelong journey of living healthy and balanced.
I explored the root cause of health problems and the ripple effect food sensitivities/allergies could have on one’s health and body.
Over the years I researched more about the power of food, and the value of health, exercise and self-care while discovering the detrimental effects of toxins, additives and chemicals.
Now that my two daughters are healthy adults, I have decided to share my experiences to help others fulfill their life quest of having a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
All sessions include an initial client evaluation and regular check-ins with program reminders to make sure you’re on track.

No starving! We use whole foods to reset your gut health. Just good choices and healthy alternatives for your unique preferences and lifestyle.

A 4-hour kitchen clean out session to remove common toxic items plus shopping for nutrient-rich groceries.

We’ll have a 2-hour in-person or Zoom session to focus on your gut health and design a plan to see what works best with your health goals.

(3) 1-hour scheduled sessions to build your foundation on mindful eating, physical activities, and new wellness routines.

3 months of integrative health coaching with one session per week and an end-of-month check-in. Long-term changes require consistency over time which you’ll get from this plan.
